The Well of Whispered Wishes (the "Site") is operated by Daydream Workshop, LLC, a Texas limited liability company located in Fort Worth, Texas. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site offers free rituals — tarot readings, a yes/no oracle, and daily reflections — and optional paid offerings through the Wishing Well. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

3. Entertainment & Reflection Disclaimer

All tarot readings, oracle answers, and daily reflections are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should not rely on any content on this Site to make decisions about your health, relationships, finances, or well-being. 4. Paid Offerings & Payments

The Wishing Well offers optional paid offerings. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or transmit your card number, CVV, or full card details. Prices are displayed in the Wishing Well and confirmed at checkout before you pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount to your payment method.

5. Refunds

Because the paid offerings are symbolic, ritual experiences delivered immediately on the Site, they are generally non-refundable once the ritual has completed. If you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a technical failure during checkout, please contact us at support@thewellofwhisperedwishes.com and we will review your request case by case.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and original content are owned by Daydream Workshop, LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission. Tarot card images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their respective licenses; the rights to those images remain with their respective licensors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or hack the Site.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content.
• Do not submit fraudulent or malicious feedback.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
